Job Description
As an Account Coordinator with Catalyst Marketing, the role is to absorb and translate the marketing needs of clients to produce tangible advertising assets in order to help grow their brand awareness, business, bottom line, etc. Account Coordinators actively participate in meetings with high profile clients on a daily basis, analyzing their respective markets to gain insight on the opportunities within their segment, and ultimately you will be allowed the opportunity to contribute your creative ideas to positively influence their business model.

Position Requirements
- 4-year college degree
- Computer proficiency; advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus

Studio Artist
Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Studio Artist to join the Catalyst Marketing Creative Team. In this junior-level graphic design role, you’ll work closely with our Art Director and creative team to produce error-free design assets, layouts, and prepress files across digital and print projects. You’ll be responsible for adapting and reproducing artwork, ensuring all deliverables meet client specifications and agency standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, possesses strong technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and can collaborate effectively across departments to streamline file preparation processes from initial concept through final production.
Responsibilites
- Produce error-free design assets, layouts, and prepress files for design, advertising, and other projects.
- Adapt and reproduce artwork based on creative concepts while preserving the original creative integrity.
- Scale, crop, retouch, reposition, preflight, and eliminate defective imaging
- Ensure all digital and print specifications adhere to client, agency, and vendor standards.
- Collaborate with the Art Director, Creative Team, and Account Services Team to determine the best methods of execution.
- Maintain consistent file structures, preparation processes, and color calibration techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Review prepress specifications and prepare files suitable for publication and vendor output.
- Recommend technical and procedural improvements as needed.
- Assist in organizing, archiving, and maintaining files on the server.
- Communicate proactively to eliminate and prevent errors.
Position Requirements
- Online or digital portfolio.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
- Ability to interpret and execute both clear and ambiguous creative direction.
- Comfortable presenting work and participating in discussions with internal teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong time management abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Solid understanding of production requirements and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Blender is a plus.
- Comfortable using agency communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Outlook).
- Familiar with or have the ability to adapt to a Mac environment.
